Try "playwright install chromium" once when we get an error calling playwright to get the AWS WAF token Clear cookies upon failing session resumption Do not filter out AWS WAF token when saving cookies - should not cause issues any more

When we get an error calling playwright to get the AWS WAF token, try running "playwright install chromium" once.
Clear cookies upon failing session resumption.
Do not filter out AWS WAF token when saving cookies - this should not cause issues any more when we clear cookies.
