Since python 3.14 has matured, some of the compiled dependencies now correctly resolve, so I've added Python 3.14 to the test matrix.
Also, fixed an issue with the CI UV cache overwriting, so Python 3.12 was used for all python versions in the test matrix.
Bumped dependencies to resolve some vulnerabilities.
