KeyError in `delete()` with `LocalCollection` for `PointId` not in collection

I'm using the in-memory implementation for some testing purposes, and it seems if you try to pass a `PointId` to `delete()` that hasn't been inserted, [this line](https://github.com/qdrant/qdrant-client/blob/9b89888355df7f7fdd36e24aeed99a7ce8f4ddef/qdrant_client/local/local_collection.py#L2238) will throw a `KeyError`.
