collection_exists throws UnexpectedResponse

if i give invalid collection name, i am getting False (expected)

but if i give a empty collection name, it is throwing exception (i am expecting false)

same behaviour for async client too

Hey @vignesh14052002 , yes, actually there is a problem in how we're processing an empty collection name and it might be improved.

However, even after the fix you'll probably still get UnexpectedResponse, because a blank string is not a valid collection name, it must contain from 1 to 255 characters.

@joein , got it, the reason i reported this one is we are building a application where the user specifes a collection name and uploads documents, when they specified empty string we got UnexpectedResponse, it took long time for us to debug, so it would be helpful if clear error message is being thrown
