Disable toggling preview of non spatial tables in Browser

Feature description

1. Navigate to the browser panel
2. Click on Layer properties of a non-spatial layer
3. Click on preview, and see that nothing is rendered which is the correct behaviour because there is no spatial data to view

It will be nice to have the preview button greyed out for non-spatial tables.
