macOS : French translation has bad encoding for Vector menu

What is the bug or the crash?

The French translation of the macOs version of QGIS has bad encodings fr the menu entries in the Vector menu.

I tried to force the system language settings inside QGIS settings with no luck.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Install the latest macOS universal binary version and click over the Vector menu.

Supported QGIS version

• I'm running a supported QGIS version according to the roadmap.

New profile

• I tried with a new QGIS profile

To me it looks like these are missing translations.

Did you really try with a new profile, @M-Rick ?
