怎么让网站跑起来那里的文档也需要更新下， 至少要让装 bower && bower install ，or 直接下载 plupload 到对应的目录 |

在 #101 中实现了这个 PR 的目标，更换 plupload 依赖至 bower 以后，main.js 中的 flash_swf_url 也需要更改，否则 flash runtime 将不可用。 |

plupload 换成了使用最新的版本2.1.8
现在测试的结果是：大文件(测试了一个85M的大文件)上传是没有问题的，小文件是可以成功的
本次测试只在chrome和Safari浏览器测试过，先别合并吧，IE浏览器并没有测试过
