Moving into the new labs

We need to move in to the new labs of 313 this year.

For this we need to get a status of the labs from Brian. Furthermore, we need to order optical tables and other equipment and coordinate the installation of optical tables with the Dybendal movers.
We also need to decide whether to install aluminum frames and flowhoods ourselves or get Spetech to do it.
