- Update all package versions in architecture table to current PyPI
- Remove persona/credential management claims (moved to qso-graph-auth)
- Add missing packages (n1mm-mcp, ionis-mcp, qsp-mcp, qso-graph-auth)
- Bump to v1.0.2, update server.json
