Currently as seen in the CI tests for the PR: #458
"rngtest" is failing due to drop in the failure of test iteration from 3 to 4 iterations where 3 is kept as threshold.
However, the tolerance limit can go up to 10 failures/1000.
Please help update the test suit accordingly.
