Unable to view `persist` partition under `/dev/disk/by-partlabel`

Hello,

I am using PCAT to flash the rawprogram*.xml and patch*.xml generated when building qcom-multimedia-image via meta-qcom-distro. After doing so, I notice that for qcs6490-rb3gen2 the persist partition isn't visible under /dev/disk/by-partlabel. I checked with QLI 1.x builds, and I notice that the rawprogram00.xml has the persist partition defined there under LUN0 unlike rawprogram05.xml for meta-qcom which has it under LUN05. Not sure if this is the reason for not being able to see this partition now.

Any suggestions for what could have caused this issue? If my understanding is correct, this repo is simply for generating the *.xml files to be used by PCAT/QDL when flashing partitions, as such I am wondering why the Linux distro isn't able to view it if the flash happened correctly..

Any pointers for what and where I should check for issues?

Are you seeing this issue on a recent build based on meta-qcom, or an old build? I can see the 'persist' partition in the rb3 gen2 configuration file here, so 'in theory' the partition should be there..
