Bug: drag cards into rules/about panel

As reported in an email from [MadTurki](http://www.social-gamer.com/): "I found a bug in your solitaire app.  I can make cards disappear off the board by bringing up help or about (or any of those), and then dragging cards that are still visible into the area occupied by the popup.  When I release, they disappear!"
