The repo ships an MIT LICENSE file but the README's Contents list only mentioned CONTRACT.md, so the license was effectively invisible to anyone landing on the repo page. Add a one-line bullet pointing at it.

Why

Trivial onboarding PR. The first of three in quantcli/common for Phase 1 of the hiring plan — proving the push/PR/merge path works before anything substantive lands. Other two staged after this one:

  • docs/add-contributing — adds CONTRIBUTING.md.
  • ci/add-initial-pipeline — adds markdown lint + go vet/test workflow.

Implications for the per-service CLIs

None — README-only.

Constraints respected

  • No new dependencies.
  • CONTRACT.md untouched.
  • One commit, one logical change.

Refs QUA-3.
