Add in function to calculate AOH of species a project raster

Calculate AOH of project rasters provided by Tom (rasters are the extent of the project area and have already been crosswalked to IUCN)

Calculate AOH for an irregular raster
Inputs: Project raster, Everything else for AOH
Outputs: AOH number

This might already be covered by Vinicius's implementation?
