hub-client: preview links fail in Safari

Clicking on links fails in Safari -> goes to a blank frame.

Example console log:

Blocked script execution in 'https://quarto-hub.com/' because the document's frame is sandboxed and the 'allow-scripts' permission is not set.
Refused to display 'https://quarto-hub.com/team-sync/2026-04-15.qmd' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'DENY'.

No issue in Chrome.

It feels like it's the latter issue, not the former (since there's no scripts involved with clicking links here, right?). With that said, I've experienced problems with external links to some pages before, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was a related issue.
