Add `caption-location` to custom float cross-reference types documentation

Description

This comment (#7755 (reply in thread)) mentioned how users could specify caption-location in the YAML configuration for custom cross-referenceable types, which seems useful for things like tables that often have captions on the top.

I was not able to find caption-location in any of the official documentation, and think it would be a small but valuable addition to the cross-references-custom page (https://quarto.org/docs/authoring/cross-references-custom.html)

This is currently documented in the Reference page: https://quarto.org/docs/reference/metadata/crossref.html

The Guide page does not give example of this though, but definitely could.
