[feature request] change visible text for callout blocks when collapsed/expanded

Currently the callout blocks visible text stays the same if the block is collapsed or expanded, like here:
Collapsed:

Expanded:

Would it make sense to have different text for when be block is collapsed: "Expand to see me" and different when it's expanded: "Collapse to hide me"?
