light/dark renderings examples

This moves the final simplified examples from

https://github.com/gordonwoodhull/quarto-light-dark-experiments/tree/use-quarto-helpers/helpers

into this repo.

Thanks to @cderv for the idea of making this a website - it presents the catalog of examples very well! ¹

This contains uv configuration (pyproject.toml) for all the Python plotting/table packages used.

Later I'd like to add renv configuration as well, but I don't understand that yet.

This depends on quarto-python 0.2.0, not yet released, and unreleased quarto-r as well.

1. The dark theme is not very legible in the sidebar, and there are numerous other tweaks that should be made. But I am running out of time today. I had to override the sidebar background color in order to make this work. ↩
