Q-Select - accessibility issue with talkback

Hello everyone,
I hope to find a solution with your help :)

We just did an audit for accessibility support and we found out that the Select component is not working properly with TalkBack.
When opening the Select menu and choosing the first element, swiping right should move the focus to the next item.
The behavior we see is, swiping right -> the menu is losing focus -> swiping again -> next item is selected.

We tested this on the Quasar site and both v1 and v2 have the same issue.

Did anyone encounter this issue and find a solution?
