QEditor Link - The hyperlink panel does not appear when the hyperlink button is inside a dropdown box

What happened?

It is impossible to use Hyperlink (add/edit/remove) functionality within QEditor component if hyperlink action is located inside the dropdown:

What did you expect to happen?

The hyperlink bar panel should be visible even if the hyperlink action was called from the dropdown

How to reproduce?

1. Go to the provided reproduction link
2. Select some word within QEditor text area
3. Click on the first dropdown inside QEditor toolbar
4. Click on the Hyperlink button inside the dropdown

Actual result: The hyperlink panel doesn't appear
Expected result: The hyperlink panel is visible. It is possible to configure the link
