relevant overflows can happen in:
SendToManyV1: sum of the amounts plus fee which is checked to be equal to the invocationReward. if this sum overflows and in the end passes the equality check, more QUs will be transfered out that are received via the invocationReward.SendToManyBenchmark: the productinput.dstCount * input.numTransfersEachmay overflow and still pass the contract action checker size checkadd safe addition (analogous to safe multiplication) to QPI
