Documentation Process

  1. Collect info from Directors / presidents
  2. Create internal newsletter (biweekly, in sync w/ GA)
  3. Have GA (first Monday of each month)
  4. Take GA Minutes (store in GitHub)
  5. Make student newsletter w/ pruned info from GA minutes & internal newsletter
  6. Update constitution based on GA minutes
