Ability to group tables into folders #52

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When a user has a lot of tables in QDB, the UI becomes hard to navigate, since it takes time to scroll and find the table of interest.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice if there could be a folder-like structure to the tables.
(as an addition it would be cool if permission can then be managed on per folder basis, as well as per table - related questdb/questdb#996)
Describe alternatives you've considered
None really, besides adding prefixed to table names in order to organize.
