Please remove pngload-fast

pngload-fast was a temporary solution - a fork of pngload, that provided much faster decoding of PNG images. It was not compatible with some operating systems and CL implementations, so existed in parallel with pngload in Quicklisp.

With the recent pngload 2.0 release, this is no longer necessary, as pngload 2.0 receives all the performance benefits of pngload-fast (and then some), and is compatible with all (probably; a couple dozen were tested) implementation/OS/architecture combinations.
