Please update URI for anaphora

Hello,

I have taken over maintenance of anaphora. You can verify this by confirming that github.com/tokenrove/anaphora redirects to github.com/spwhitton/anaphora, which indicates a GitHub repository transfer was initiated by tokenrove. Although GitHub also installs redirects such that git clone and fetch should continue to work, it would probably be best to update quicklisp's recipe to point to my repo.
