Please update UIOP to >= 3.3.6

I'm running into https://gitlab.common-lisp.net/asdf/asdf/-/issues/84. The fix is to have UIOP 3.3.6 or later, but the most recent Quicklisp dist still has 3.3.5, which is the buggy version: http://beta.quicklisp.org/dist/quicklisp/2022-07-08/releases.txt. The discussion in the linked bug has comments from a year ago suggesting the fix was on the radar and going to be picked up by QL very quickly, but it's now a year later and the UIOP version hasn't budged.
