It adds a filter on the supply queries in the "Flexible electricity supply and demand per hour" (hourly_flexibility_electricity.yml on ETModel) chart.
At the moment we don't have must-run producers for hydrogen, oil, and waste, so the filter is not yet effective.
In the future we might incorporate must-run producers that use these carriers.
These queries are only used in the hourly_flexibility_electricity.yml file.
