Demo tour: play each section video inline
Each page now has its video as an uploaded attachment, which GitHub renders
as a player. The download link stays underneath as a fallback.

Demo tour: one video and one page per section, instead of one long video
Seven videos, each under 10 MB with captions burned in and chapter markers
inside (Overview, Perform, Template Gen, Generate and Automate, Agents,
Glitcher, The Commons), each with its own wiki page (chapter table, captions
as separate files, transcript), an index page and a sidebar. Replaces the two
full-tour videos and the per-chapter caption files.
The Agents section now records the chat built into the Studio (Agent Studio,
launched from the Session room) instead of the standalone /chatroom/ page, and
the narration says the product name as "synth-og-ra-siz-er" throughout.
Videos play inline once uploaded as attachments (GitHub strips <video> from
wiki pages); until then each page has a download link and a marker.

Demo tour: say plainly that the videos download, drop the stripped player
GitHub strips <video> from wiki pages and serves wiki files as
application/octet-stream, so the embedded player never rendered and a link to
a video downloads it. The page now says so, lists the two files under
"Download", shows chapter times as plain text, and uses the same chapter
titles as the video's own chapter markers. The unused poster frame is removed.

Add the demo tour: page, both full-tour videos, captions
Demo-Tour.md (chapters with timestamps, transcript, notes on the footage),
a new Home.md, and tour/: Synthograsizer_Demo_Full.captioned.mp4 (captions
burned in) and Synthograsizer_Demo_Full.mp4 (caption track and chapter
markers inside), a poster frame, and WebVTT/SRT for every chapter and the
whole tour. Recorded 2026-09-29 against 8e7204a; chat room, Glitcher and
Commons chapters re-recorded 2026-10-05 against 3bb2e34.
