Added a section for Quix BYOC. This section details BYOC requirements, the installation process and its benefits.
- Improved wording, grammar and communication of benefits and values of Quix BYOC - Moved BYOC to a top-level menu item.
- BYOC now placed at the bottom of the root-node of the menu - essentials unordered list was rendering incorrectly
Small fix to wording in the byoc/cloud section
- Americanized most spellings - Wording tightened - Commas wrangled
This is another attempt to further simplify and clarify the language used in BYOC documentation.

Description
This implements the BYOC section in the external documentation. The section is intended for anyone with a technical inclination to read, but it strives for simplicity and clarity over fine-grained detail. Every effort has been made to portray BYOC as a valid option along Quix Cloud.
Review
When reviewing, please read for clarity and grammar. Although some anachronisms may remain, my intention was to communicate effectively. The section was written with American English spelling in mind.
