Adds documentation describing the open file format used by Quix Lake for storing Kafka messages and metadata.

This includes the storage layout, schemas, and formats for raw data (Avro), index metadata (Parquet), and custom metadata (Parquet), providing users with the information needed to access and utilize data stored in Quix Lake with external tools.
