Could not access Twitter

Thanks for your great effort.

I have a wired problem, couldn't access twitter via proxy. As I tested, every website and application are working fine except twitter (web and app) saying: The proxy server is refusing connections.

My configuration:
Client -> Server A (Iran) -> Server B (Germany) -> Free Internet

pproxy -l http://0.0.0.0:1234 -r ssh://SERVER-B/#login:pass

Server A and B is used because the government closes internet connection for people, but not for data centers.
