Azure should be working, the site is https://dev.hyde.rtech.support/ I get a 500 error for checking issues and see no branches but I get the files. Maybe an issue on master or the Github token? |

Resolved issue with Github, created a new app for the dev site and it now loads branches properly. Should be good to merge? |

This creates a new GHA for
develand renames the existing tolatestto keep a uniform naming scheme.Creating the new devel GHA instead of appending to the current was done to avoid complex IF logic.
The original
latestGHA was simplified so it will always created thelatesttag on any Git tag that gets pushed. The
develGHA builds on any push to master. Both use the commit SHA as well, this may cause a conflict so that needs to be tested.
Please hold off merging, I am still working on the Azure side.
