* Add the word Tabby to the right of the pick number to make it more obvious we're in Tabby mode.
  * Add - and + buttons to Tabby jump controls, making it like Weave and Thread.
    (Internally this uses a new class to handle jump controls in a uniform way, reducing code duplication.)

* Improve tabby computation to take floats into account (instead of simply the number of transitions).
