Improved:

• Make use of dispose() in note_editor and home to prevent memory leaks
• Local images are written in the description as ![...](local_images/...) instead of ![...](assets/...) (follows with folder structure now)

Fixed:

• Bug where if you updated raw text, then toggled rendered it wouldn't update
