@mister-mist Do you have an anti-virus or other file scanner running on these machines? Alternatively are the rabbit files shared to network or similar, or is there software that does something with the rabbit files? |

From the description, it does seem there's an antivirus enabled in the environment. Antivirus on Windows almost always leads to problems with RabbitMQ.
