Unable to use init script for a vm cloudspace

Hello,
I'm trying to pass an init script for vm cloudspace. But I keep getting these errors:

failed to create VM prod-instance-17839383453250940: Expected HTTP response code [200 202] when accessing [POST https://iad.servers.api.rackspacecloud.com/v2/1339069/servers], but got 413 instead\n{\n "overLimit" : {\n "code" : 413,\n "message" : "OverLimit Retry...",\n "details" : "Error Details...",\n "retryAfter" : "2026-07-13T20:18:02Z"\n }\n }

My pool name is short and my init script just for testing is short too, it's just:

#!/bin/bash
echo test

Could someone help me? My vm pool is b8ef9543-d4ed-4c3b-9629-eb234fac0ad4 in pool name "test2" in region us-east-iad-1 for user unixfox.

Thanks but I tried to create a new one, and I'm getting the same error. Is the fix deployed on new vm cloudspace too?
The user script I tried had 1500 characters in it.

EDIT: That worked if I download the script directly from github using curl | bash

I tried to use a script that has a lot of instructions.
Like this one:

#!/bin/bash
set -euxo pipefail

export DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive

# Wait for networking to settle
sleep 10

# Update system
apt-get update
apt-get -y upgrade

# Install generic kernel headers
apt-get install -y linux-headers-generic

# Remove snapd
apt-get purge -y snapd
apt-get autoremove --purge -y
