Getting charged for nodes that are never joining cluster.

Hi. In my cluster I am being charged for nodes that never join the cluster. Can you look into this and retrospectively refund the invoice that I was charged for this unusable state?

Same I am being charged as soon as they start provisioning yet they never show up and actually join the cluster and become ready.

@jawadqur can you look at the cost explorer view to confirm that you should not be charged when nodes are not delivered successfully?

We will separately look into why the nodes are not getting delivered. The screen that you have shown is likely showing the estimated cost assuming you will get all your nodes and not showing the actual amount you are being billed.
