Add support for authenticating with Undersync using Neutron's existing Keystone service token from [keystone_authtoken] instead of static JWT tokens. Uses X-Auth-Token header when enabled. Backward compatible, defaults to existing JWT authentication. Keystone auth has been merged to Undersync in RSS-Engineering/undersync#87
