This updates the SDK to use the SimpleRESTServices 1.1.0.0 release, and corrects all code affected by the breaking changes in the new library version.
The only functional change specific to the openstack.net project is a bug fix in
GeographicalCloudIdentityProviderwhere theretryCountvalue was being passed as aretryDelayargument (now theretryDelayvalue is passed).
