Mac Whisper does not seem to work in the Claude input.

For some reason, my push to talk for Mac Whisper just makes like a weird noise and then never does anything. I'm not sure exactly what information you need to debug this.

Root Cause

MacWhisper uses the macOS Accessibility API to detect a valid text input target in the frontmost app. When running Crow as a bare binary via make / .build/debug/CrowApp, there is no .app bundle — no Info.plist, no CFBundleIdentifier. Without a proper bundle identity, macOS doesn't fully expose the app's accessibility tree, so MacWhisper can't find a text input target and immediately fails with the error sound.

This affects all text inputs in the app (terminal, search fields, etc.), not just the terminal view.

Fix

Running Crow as a .app bundle (which includes an Info.plist with CFBundleIdentifier) resolves the issue. make release produces Crow.app with the proper bundle structure, and MacWhisper works correctly with it.

The debug build (make) will also be updated to produce a .app bundle wrapper so this works during development as well.
