[Bug] Dragon Q6A - Enabling 8 inch DSI Overlay causes Boot Failure / Blue Light #1355

Hardware Setup
Board: Dragon Q6A 12GB
Display: Official Radxa 8-inch DSI Screen.
Power Supply: 12V/3A PD adapter, Also tried with official radxa 30watt power supply.
OS Image name
- radxa-dragon-q6a_noble_gnome_r1.output_4096.img.xz
- radxa-dragon-q6a_noble_gnome_r1.output_512.img.xz
Steps to Reproduce:
- Flash latest official Radxa OS.
- Run sudo rsetup.
- Enable overlay for Radxa 8-inch Display.
- Reboot fails with blue light constant and then blinks once this continues with no display at all.
