Individual game settings for video shader options and rendering multipliers

As title says, basically individual game settings options that allow you to set each games separate shader options and or rendering multiplier or rendering from Software or OpenGL since some games look better with the grid filter and some look better with other filters entirely and some games can run at amazing resolutions and some don't need to at all or have to be run at lower res. These are all important for individual game settings especially games that are 3D like Mario 64DS or OkamiDen or Metroid Prime Hunters and other games that are pixel art games like chrono trigger, Mario and luigi partners in time etc. plz make this a thing

Is this just not on the list of things to do? I feel like it would make sense to add to the emulator.
