Need to add a new tag from master. Bower is out of date

The current version published to bower don't have the fixes that are in master. Specifically, the **main** file in in `bower.xml` is wrong. This is already fixed in the main, but needs to be published to bower.

I suggest creating a new tag `0.2.1`.

**NOTE:** You should also bump up the version in bower.json as well.
