Summary/Description
When filtering down to a single fire, the point scaling does not retain its size. Also, the legend shows the upper and lower bounds as the same value. We need to have the scaled points to keep their sizes while being filtered out. Also adjust the legend for filtering down to 1 point.
Proposed Fix
Adjust calculations to hold onto the sizing of the points, so when filtered they don't lose their sizes. For the legend when filtered down to 1 point utilize the normal legend entry style without scaling or anything.
