Add rendered packaging, companion book and new categories

Adds companion book, new categories and version packs, updated manufacturer page and added rendered packaging.

To test: view every page, every version iteration, and ensure card and packaging exports are correct.

Note: Terms in software interview pack and variety pack are the only terms that have been checked manually. Other terms and categories are generated.

Companion book terms need to be checked, and design needs to be enhanced. note that first supplier sample batch will not include companion book.

• Updated color palette for variety pack categories (General, AI, Product Management, Software Engineering) to use custom vibrant colors instead of VSCode theme colors
• Updated text colors to ensure WCAG AA accessibility with new background colors
• Removed VSCode theme palette attribution text from box lid top
• Change text in player count badge: "2>" → "2+"
• Removed description pills from short sides of box for cleaner design

Known Issue:
The book.html formatting for PDF export is not working as expected - it displays 1 card page per PDF page instead of proper tiled layout. Will create a new issue for tracking the fix and PNG export addition.
