Based on the Contributing to Ruby on Rails guide when proposing a new feature is recommendable to open a discussion in the Discuss Rails server. But I am not able to create an account :/

I tried to log-in using these emails (in case the account was created) but also not possible

That's really strange, I looked for your account based on your GitHub handle and name but couldn't find it.

Can you try authenticating with GitHub?
