After upgrading to Rails beta 2 spring fails to start

After updating to Rails beta 2 and 3, spring prevents console and server from starting (using binstubs). If I try "spring start", that also hangs. If I "control C" on a hung console start I see "xxx/bin/spring:15" and "xxx/lib/spring/client/run.rb:117" in the traceback. If I remove the spring gem, server and console start up fine.

I don't have any additional information to help define this issue, sorry. I waited a week+, to see if anyone else reported similar issues. Nobody has...that makes me think maybe this is my problem.

@atstockland what Rails version do you use? "Rails beta 2" doesn't sound like a valid Rails version.
