ansi153.zip download from github has a malware

While installing a windows machine, the antivirus of one student showed that the ansi153.zip file has malware.

Please verify, I don't use windows. I did download the file and scanned it on a online scanner tool. Here is the result:

And I also filed the bug on the adoxa, but in the meanwhile we might recommend something different than adoxa's.

From the other issue (adoxa/ansicon#48) it looks like it was a false-positive. Either way, I've updated the docs to reference 1.61 (537b8fd).
