The Table of Contents should actually be a hierarchical table of contents

Right now the "[toc]" link opens a list of the files in the current directory. This has long been a pain point for students as they are trying to follow the thread of the installfest and curriculum.

I've been discussing how we can do this a number of people and think it will prove to be a pretty straightforward graph traversal problem.
