Add an about page

Right now the docs page gives precious little context to what they are about. If you're a savvy link-clicker, you can figure it out a few steps away. But maybe the docs themselves would be a good place to explain:

• what this is
• how it gets maintained
• links to other relevant things, like, railsbridge.org

That seems like a great idea to me.

There may be some overlap with the readme, so we could think about how to not have to type these sorts of things in two places.

@lilliealbert , your'e talking about the docs page at http://docs.railsbridge.org/docs/ , right? Is that sufficient, or is there a section where you want to see more detail?

I don't actually remember what that page looked like seven months ago, but I think that it does currently serve a lot of the things that I thought were missing.

It would probably be good to have a one-sentence "What is RailsBridge" at the top, though, with a link to the main page. So — yes, that is where stuff would go, but giving more context would be an improvement. Not sure whether that should be a separate issue or this one should be closed.
